They are very eager to introduce an experienced Architect into their dynamic and professional environment to work within the company's Product Development team. The Architect will confidently define and drive security into the design and development of their products. You could be a .net/Software/Web or Applications Architect with some experience within Security wanting to move into a Security Architect position. This is the ideal opportunity for an Architect who wants to develop and progress into a Security Architect position.

Experience in platforms is more important than a specific version such as .net or Java.

Experience/Qualifications

The role will you give the experience of the below:

  • Experience in security design and review of web Application architectures, RESTful & SOAP APIs and SQL/NoSQL data stores
  • Risk assessment procedures, policy formation, role-based authorization methodologies, authentication technologies and security attack pathologies
  • Security concepts related to DNS, routing, authentication, VPN, Proxy services and DDOS mitigation technologies
  • Practices and methods of IT strategy, enterprise architecture and security architecture
  • Experience working in secure development life cycles

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Understand the context of business and information risks and provide subject matter expertise across physical, network and application security
  • Define, implement and maintain security architectures in line with relevant industry best practices.
  • Review information systems for compliance with legislation and implement any required changes
  • Research security standards, security systems and authentication protocols and provide direction for investment in new technologies and in for the delivery of secure services and solutions
  • Respond to security-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis
  • Assist the architecture team in designing and reviewing product and solution architectures
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
